How Do I Refund My Order?

We pride ourselves on having a no-nonsense return policy. It is important to us that you are happy with our HSB Labs purchase and that you are seeing some benefits to our treatments, for that reason:

After using our HSB Labs products and you have not experienced total satisfaction, any purchased HSB Labs products can be returned within 90 days for a full refund.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of our products

Any refund will be arranged as soon as possible on the credit or debit card used to pay for the original order.

Our returns policy lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


We cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for every customer. If you try our products and find they are not suitable for your hair type or scalp, we will provide you with our 90-day satisfaction guarantee and refund.

If you do not achieve the outcome or results you are wanting, we will provide you with our 90-day satisfaction guarantee and refund because everyone’s experience, success and happiness and hair journey are unique to them.

HSB Labs is not liable to you for any undesired results. By placing an order through HSB Labs you accept all risks associated with the product as well as any complications that may arise as a result of your use of the products.

We suggest customers should not use our products on their whole scalp until they have completed a very small test patch on the scalp for 3-4 days.


Undesirable results from using our products may include:
• Dandruff
• Scalp redness
• Continued or Additional hair fall

Customers who experience these symptoms should stop using our products and contact our team at customerservice@hsblabs.com.au for a no-nonsense refund within 90 days of purchase.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
