Is HSB Labs safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Our products contain naturally derived botanical extracts, nutrients and hair follicle stimulating/boosting/enhancing ingredients. Whilst we believe our products are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your medical health professional and refer them to our listed ingredients which can be found on our website to allay any concerns.

Are HSB Labs products suitable for all ages?
Yes, HSB Labs products are suitable for all ages and hair and scalp conditions.
How often should I wash my hair?
HSB Labs products are gentle and have been designed to be used daily, however, we do not recommend over washing as this can sometimes dry out your hair. For dry hair types we recommend washing your hair and scalp 1-2 times a week as a minimum.

Our products do not contain any Diethanolamine (DEA), Monoethanolamine (MEA), Triethanolamine (TEA), Sodium Chloride, Parabens, Sulphates, Silicones, drying alcohols, ethanolamine’s, Formaldehyde, Mineral oils, BHA + BHT. Our products are naturally scented or contain menthol or mint to improve scalp circulation and health. We pride our products on being cruelty-free and safe for chemically and colour treated hair.

What is the delivery time?
HSB Labs uses Australia Post to track and currently deliver our parcels to customers in Australia and New Zealand. Shipping within Australia takes between 3-7 business days and 5-10 business days in New Zealand.
